What if I don’t know how to play poker?
No problem! We're here to have fun and learn! Come a little early - we’ll show you how to play and then run a couple of practice hands. Our dealers are helpful and friendly - they will help you through the games. We also have instructions of how to play Texas Hold ’Em and the order of winning poker hands available at the event. What are Pink Poker Cards?
Pink Poker Cards are “help" cards. They can be purchased and used when you need advice on how to play a poker hand, how to bet, or any other poker question. One of our “Men in Pink” will come a-runnin' and help answer your question. Cards are sold at $3 for five card or $5 for 10 cards and must be purchased before the tournament begins.
Is this only for women who don't know how to play poker?
Absolutely not! We have two brackets, one for beginners and one for more experienced poker players. You can decide which bracket you're most comfortable in based on your experience and competitive nature.
Can men play?
Sorry boys, but this is a girls' night out. We'd love your support through donations and/or sponsorship.
Why should I pre-register?
Your pre-registration helps us plan ahead and make the evening a success. The first 200 register players will receive one of our fancy pink gift bags.
What's for dinner?
Appetizers and pink poker punch are provided. There is also a cash bar to help you get in the Pink Poker "spirit."
A light dinner is available for purchase.
What's the grand prize?
We don't give any cash prizes, but we do give away very cool prizes for winners in both the experienced and beginner brackets.
Just how cool is "very cool," you ask? Think Miss Piggy on a decadent pink shopping spree.
Bonus Chips?
Bonus chips will be available to help with donation to Seasons Hospice.
